The Shoe of the Season?

As far as we’re concerned, the Louis Vuitton satin pleated pump with ribbon trim is possibly the designer shoe of the season, being both wearable and pretty. But it has a price tag to match ($645, also available in pink, red, green or black). After being spotted on celebs like Christina Aguilera and Chloe Sevigny, it’s been selling out before anyone can get hold of it (as a result, pairs are going for almost $1000 on eBay). That’s why we’ve been on the case trying to find a cheap alternative, but it hasn’t proved easy, with copies selling out as quickly as the real thing. With the ‘net proving a shoe black hole, we finally found a pink pair for £20 in our trusty local TK Maxx. Fingers crossed, your local store will have them too!
