Allesandra Faccinetti, predecessor to Tom Ford as womenswear director at Gucci has just left the company after presenting only two collections. Frida Giannini (previously in charge of the accessories side of the brand - that's 83% of all Gucci sales) is to take her place. That means you need to snap up her accessories while they still exist. She's come up with a stunning range of floral printed shoes decorated with Gucci's signature snaffles this season, like these open-toe slingbacks.
