If you're looking for shoes for less than $10, there's usually only one place to go. Market stalls where they sell dusty shoes held together in pairs with elastic bands, displayed in huge bins you have to sort through to find your size. These stalls are where shoes go to die. It's just not worth it. If you really want cheap shoes, at least go to a shop. At the Payless sale you can get these sandals for $8.49 and maintain at least a small part of your dignity.
