Yeah, the girls from the Gary IN vicinity wear these to the clubs. I don't get it. My friends don't get it. But, it makes for GREAT comic relief and tons of WTF? faces while dancing! I just want to walk up to them and scream "STOP IT!" But they may beat me up.
