A Tweed Too Far?

I have a strange passion for boucle, tweed and all things stuffy librarian-esque. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe I just like saying "but it'll go great with jeans" over and over again as I peruse more Chanel-esque jackets, or perhaps it's just that I've never been able to dress up smart for work (now you're lucky if I bother to get out of my pajamas). Either way, I see shoes like these $470 Moschino peep-toes and think 'oooh, pretty'.  Are they gorgeous, or do I need help? I just can't decide!
