Yay or Nay Wednesday #7

Did you think I'd forgotten today was Yay or Nay day? Would I do that to you? Taking tips from the success over at The Bag Lady, this time I'm not going to tell you who made the shoes, or how much they cost, so you can really judge purely on looks.
