Designer divas on a budget, if you've been dreaming of some art deco pumps from Dior but are unable to find a spare $745 in your piggy bank, take a trip to Faith, where these 'Caravi' heels are only £50 a pair. You get leather instead of croc and crossovers instead of lacing, but you save enough to still be able to buy your family and friends some Christmas presents!
Marc Jacobs sale. Now there's three words that make Friday morning more bearable! ELuxury have slashed the price of these fabulous retro ribbon-threaded quilted pumps, making them $199 a pair instead of $365. It's still not exactly pocket change, but you might be able to sneak them onto your Christmas list now. Sizing is limited though, so do it quickly!
Is it a boot? Is it a sock? Is it really worth spending £44.99 on this catastrophe? I think not, my friends! Office call this their 'Mexican Blanket' boot. I can't help thinking we'd all have been better off if it remained a blanket. It's living proof that home decor and fashion should never be mixed. Did we learn nothing from the Von Trapp family in curtain-fabric lederhosen?
Whilst browsing round LoveMyShoes.com yesterday and wishing that I a) could enter my own competition and b) lived in the USA, I came across these cute little Marc Jacobs-esque flats from Rebels. Now, while crochet may make fantastic laptop sleeves, at this time of year it's not brilliant for footwear (think of the chill factor). That doesn't stop me wanting a pair though, especially since they're only $30. I could just wear them inside...

. We're not sure about the knitted slides, but these over-the-top sparkly D'Orsays get the Shoewawa seal of approval. And if you're stuck for what to buy the man in your life, there's a men's gift guide too.

Thanks to all those who cast their votes on last week's shoe. We had a record number of responses, and the designer has been checking back to see what you all had to say! Now onto this week's shoe, and something completely different! I've chosen quite a classic shape this week, but the textured fabric and metallic heels give it a twist. As always, designer and price is revealed this time next week. For now I just want to know - Yay or Nay, and why?
