Casadei Velvet Heels

I always find this two-tone pinkish blue velvet a bit difficult to wear. On clothing, it makes me think of cheap and unflattering Christmas outfits for old women, left to fester on the sale racks at Matalan stores halfway through January. But somehow, on these $440 Casadei kitten heels, it really works. With a well-chosen outfit, these could just be the perfect party shoes for a season where velvet is the fabric to wear.
