Oooh, I do love impractical strappy sandals, especially in November, when I know I'll have absolutely no occasion to wear them (unless you count strutting around the house when nobody else is home).  But a savvy shopper will think of it like this; come December you'll be bogged down in Christmas shopping and will have no cash left to buy yourself those all-important Christmas party shoes.
