Bootsjeans_1 How come when folks like Kate Moss, Sienna Miller, Kate Bosworth and Madonna (most of the time) wear jeans tucked into boots, they're all smooth and fitted, and look perfect? Why, when we try it, do we have saggy knees, bulky ankles and problems doing up the zips? It's because they know the tricks of the trade - picking the right jeans, wearing the right boots and putting it all together with a dash of style. So how does a mere mortal do the same? Sorry to disagree with the Catwalk Queen, but the secret to getting that smooth look when jeans are tucked in boots is: Jodphur Clips! They are little strips of elastic with clips on either end which you attach to the cuffs of your pants. They pull the jeans down and keep them down!

Jimi Jo, I try to pick a good mix of boots from the UK and US but as we're a UK-based site our girls always come first! If you click the 'boots' link in the left column there are loads and loads of boots from US shops.
