Desperate to get her manicured hands into every cookie jar possible (and who can blame her?) Jessica Simpson is now expanding her one-woman empire by turning her hand to footwear design. Well, sort of. What she's really doing is making mass-produced versions of her own shoes so her fans can get her look for less.
