Yay or Nay Wednesday #12

We had the first definite 'yay' in a long time last week, with the gold heeled pumps which I can now tell you were Laundry by Shelli Segal's 'Janice' ($158.95). This week I thought it was time for a change, and some flats. So what do you all think of these buckled babies? Are they cute and chic, or old-fashioned and out of date?
