First things first - "why your top 11 shoes?". Well, it's actually a very complex journalistic procedure which I will try to explain in simple terms... oh sod it, it's because I found 11 and couldn't be bothered to figure out which one shouldn't make the cut. - Semi-snakeskin effect compliments these classy pointed slingbacks.

Playboy 'Monroe' sandal. $46.99.
- The majority of things related to 'Playboy' are annoying or vile. These, however, are neither. We likey.

Faith 'Miaow'. £80.
- What with it being winter and all, it seemed only right to feature a pair of boots in this rundown. These are the best I found.

Gina 'Salsa'. £250.
- Want to sparkle more than anybody else at your Christmas work 'do? These beauties from Gina should do the trick.

Schuh Choc Star Glitter. £29.99.
- Not every0ne is comfortable in heels, but that doesn't mean you have to be metallic free all winter.

Jewel Buckle Wedge Mules. £40.
- Wedges have been constantly fashionable for nearly a year now, so these are not only in keeping with the "silver is good" idea, but fit-in-fashion as well.
