Seeking Mischa's Sandals

I'm looking for a pair of sandals seen on Mischa Barton. She's wearing a baby-doll 60's inspired dress with some flat sandals that are brown with two horizontal straps with a gold chain over each strap. Any help you can offer would be much appreciated as I would love to find these little gems. - Amy
I love an easy question! For those who've not seen the pic, here it is. Mischa's chain detail flat sandals are by Miu Miu, and the good news is Net a Porter have reduced them in their sale to £110 / $209. There's quite a few sizes left, so hopefully yours is one of them!
