Floor lenght pants would be the best bet, thus hidding the shoe. The tron between the shoe and the wedge is too massive, making it look like the wedge is there to hide what is really under the shoe...

Before I play this game, I must admit I do not like these shoes. The color is great but that heel is way to big and ridiculous for me (too Harajuku girl for me.) Regardless though, I would pair them with a simple gray dress, such as this one (http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=FOREVER21&category%5Fname=Dresses&product%5Fid=2027517516&variant%5Fid=012&showBack=OK#)
that has a high neckline. I would also wear black tights and compliment the look with dark, silver jewelry. And then I would carry a brighter bag, maybe purple, to lighten the tone a bit!

UGHHHH!!! I LOOOOVE these! Just a little bit different than the other boring clunkers out there.
I would wear them with;

Knee length pencil slim shorts
short shorts

I would say to keep it fairly simple on the top, maybe one interesting detail on a blouse but still minimal - possibly a short batwing cotton jacket with asymmetrical zipper or some interesting asymmetry detailing. but the the outfit should definitely be sleek and minimalist, maybe with some menswear influence, yet feminine.
