Ugly Shoe(ish) Of The Week

Ok, so these aren't technically shoes and should probably be left to the snarky girls at You Knit What, but when they were emailed to me by a reader, I couldn't resist putting them up. Available in various colours, these knitted booties / spats are $48. What confuses me the most is that the rest of the designer's collection is really nice. It's like she had a couple of balls of yarn left after making something else and really couldn't think of anything better to knit. Here's a tip, next time, how about mittens!?
