It's Not Easy Being Green

There seem to be a lot of green shoes around at the moment. I'm beginning to wonder if the green shoe will be the new purple boot - the odd footwear trend that sneaks in from nowhere and refuses to leave (I still get emails asking for purple knee-highs).
