I just saw someone famous , like Madonna or someone like that wearing these! I had a boyfriend once who wore shoes like this, Docksiders is what they're called? And he wanted to get me some just like his! Thanks but no thanks sweetie! They were even ugly on a guy.

The problem is when you wear a specific shoe for something it was not meant for. Then they are ugly although the pics are as why have lace up shoes with holes in them?

I agree. About the ugliest shoes I have seen. There's a lot I would wear for comfort, but not those. When I wear boat shoes I opt for Sperry Top-Sider's Bluefish or Portside's. Very comfy and cute but they're still boat shoes.
