OH - MY - GOD!!! I absolutely love those shoes!! I have never seen a pair of shoes THAT COOL before!! Wow... MUST find a pair in my size.... I just have to have a pair.

As an actual ballet dancer, I can vouch for repetto's cult-like following. Their pointe shoes (the actual ballet slippers, not the street shoes) are some of the most comfortable I've ever danced in. Getting a pair usually requires a 6 week wait while pretty much every store on earth is in back order... but they are soooo worth the wait.
A substitute when I'm in desperate need of new pointe shoes is Gamba. They are actually made in the same factory in france, and I hear they also have some nice courts/street shoes, while being easier to get than repetto.

i have the shoes pictured but in white and the front part in grey. i got mine from a little boutique store in chicago. as far as i know they're not availible in any of the big US stores so try boutiques around your area, it's probably your best bet. on a side note anyone looking to buy these shoes should be warned to buy a slightly smaller size than usual. i'm usually a 36 and my pair are about a centimeter too large.
