The New Plimsoll - Not Just For PE Lessons!

You can't walk along the street in the UK at the moment without spotting a girl wearing shoes like these. In the US you might call them skimmers, but to us they're good old pumps (or plimsolls), a revamped version of the awful black elasticated shoes we wore during PE lessons as kids. These cherry ones are $29.99 at Hot Topic, but you need only walk into any high street shop to find loads more alternatives. They might not be the most sophisticated style, but they're comfy as hell and go better with skirts than the dreaded trainer!
