Aerosoles - Comfy and Chic?

Aerosoles
When I had my little 'stop saying the word hideous and I'll stop talking about my mother' paddy the other week, one of you was kind enough to say that you actually liked my tales of mommy Shoewawa (cheers Deb, your cheque is in the post). Well, I couldn't talk to you about comfort footwear without mentioning the queen of the M&S footglove...

My mother and I have had many a debate about comfort vs style where shoes are concerned. She spent most of the 80s in stiletto heels, so I can't really blame her for wanting to wear more comfy shoes now, but I do wish Aerosoles were available more readily in the UK, as most 'comfy' solutions in this country are severely lacking in the style stakes, and my mother deserves better - as do you, comfy shoe fan! Aerosoles are one of the few brands to value comfort and style, and in their new collection have bought us a couple of very lovely pairs of wedges that give height without pain. The soles are squashy and the shoes have plenty of give. What more could you ask? 'French Thread' and 'Sleigh Thread' are $79 a pair, and even come in half sizes. Hallelujah!

I love Aerosoles. I have a pair of ballet flats from them that are honestly the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. :)

I can tell you all, from much experience, that Aerosoles are truly THE most comfortable shoes on the world. I have almost 10 pairs of Aerosoles and I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world!

I highly recommend them! And if you are in the UK, try looking for some on eBay.

They are VERY cute, but perhaps not cute enough to forgive them for years of the 4-Give.

I wish Aerosoles were more readily available in the UK as well!

Good news ladies, Aerosoles are opening a standalone store in the UK this year. Apparently they're looking around for the right location, but it's likely to be in the home counties.

Can't wait!
