New from Gucci!

Gucci Having a particularly bad day at work? Monday more vicious than usual? Well here's some lovely news to brighten up your (probably already quite bright and hot) day - Gucci have released their fall collection! Ah, new collections from one of my favourite designers... time to sit and stare at the monitor in awe for a while. I particularly like these denim-look platform heels which will set you back $425. The heel is a whopping four-and-a-half inches, but I think I'd be happy to suffer the inevitable painful balls-of-feet and excrutiatingly painful calves for these shoes. The entire new collection is available at Saks now, so what are you waiting for?

Oh dear! What's with the white plastic platform. Looks like "Mimi" wanted some high heel curling shoes! Other than that, they're kinda cute.

I didn't wait. Have already purchased my red-red patent heels (saw them in-store two weeks ago) and I adore them! BTW, Sista Lou, the platform isn't plastic, it's actually crepe and is EXTREMELY comfortable! *Sight* there goes my fall budget.

yes, i was wondering about that 'white platform' as well. but if it really makes them more comfortable i shall go and see if we can buy them here in paris as well! i haven't bought a pair of shoes in about two months now...which is not normal for me!

I think the white platform is kinda cute. I like the whole shoe! Don't think I could walk in them for more than 10 minutes, but they are still pretty to look at!
