Pedro Garcia Ballet Flats
Most designers have a signature style, and if you spot frayed edges on satin uppers, chances are you're looking at a pair of Pedro Garcia shoes (or else some footwear that really needs replacing). Best known for shiny metallic heels, there are also some lovely looking flats in the range. These 'Isaura' flats with crystal chains are gorgeous for a shabby glam look. The macaroon and pipa (right) colours are $426, but you can get them in black at the reduced price of $298.20 at Shopbop.

OOOOH! They are so pretty and delicate looking! They would make we want to dance around all day like a ballerina!

Why frayed edges? That seems really daft and unattractive!

I could really do with a flat pump like that for my wedding, but cheaper!!!

I agree with Clash. Why make the shoe look worn? Ridiculous, but they are cute, besides the fraying.
