Cozy Ballet Slipper Sock from Urban Outfitters

Balletslipper_1 I've found a pair of shoes that are practical and ridiculously cheap. OK, technically they're a pair of slippers but we won't quibble when they're only $3.99 from Urban Outfitters. I'm not overly enamoured with the colour of these ballet style slipper socks but at that price I could definitely live with it. Made from a velvety soft fleece and contrasting knitted details, they really are quite cute. As well as being exceptionally comfortable they have little rubber dots on the bottom so that you can walk on all manner of slippery floors without the danger of breaking your neck. Oh, and did I mention they're machine washable too?

That sounds like fun skating around the floors with these on, They need to be a different color though.

I was taught to knit at shcool.... and knitted little slippers like these!

Only thing they were good for was skating around the kitchen floor!

I think my grandma crochets these regularly... in garish colors too!

I actually have had two pairs of these for a year or so. One is pink and lighter pink; the other is Black and Bright Blue.

The only problem I had with them is they streched out a little and fall off fairly easily. I don't remember where I got them though

I actually screamed when I first saw them and thought they were ballet flat for wearing outside. But I guess they're cute as ballet Slippers for inside the house.
