When I was a child I had really wide feet. Clarks didn't even make Princess Key shoes to fit me (remember those?) and I was stuck in horrible buckled numbers. Perhaps that's why I love really girly shoes now? Unfortunately, pointy and slim footwear still hurts me as much now as it did then, so shoes like these classic (and slightly retro) round-toed courts from Gina (£285) are my dream work shoes. I could wear these all day and still walk home from the bus stop without feeling like my toes were going to fall off. Now, where did I put my credit card...?
