Guess Where This is From

I'm introducing a new column today, after its success over at Catwalk Queen. There are no prizes, but I'm sure that won't surprise you. The game is simple. I post a shoe and you tell me who designed it or where it's from. Sounds hard? Well consider how many times the Yay or Nay has been ruined because someone has mentioned the designer...not so tough, is it? I'm starting with these slightly vile looking leopard numbers. Where are they from?
