Isaac Mizrahi for Target Andrea Platform Pump

This shoe is named after me! I don't think I've ever seen a shoe named Andrea before, and it's very exciting. But, I swear-swear-swear that I decided to write about this Isaac Mizrahi for Target Andrea pump ($29) before I saw the name. I did! What I like about this shoe is that it can go one of two ways. It can be a little bit funky with otherwise conservative black workwear, or it can be a lot funky as part of the whole Marc Jacobs neo-grunge look (but please don't wear the mushroom hats). I really love the Isaac Mizrahi designs for Target but sometimes you can just tell from the "leather" that the shoe was cheap. So by using a woven textile, he may have avoided that trap with the Andrea.
