River Island's Velta Sling

Velta I love shoes in unusual colours, what usually happens is I see a pair in some completely 'unfashionable' colour and then spend the next few months trying to find clothes that will go with them. Since I'm being honest I'll go as far as admitting I also like it when people comment on my curious colour choices. This would explain why I'm quite drawn to River Island's £49.99 Velta Sling Back peep toe shoes in orange with gold detailing. I'm off to perfect my pin up girl pose...

Those shoes are FAB-u-lous! And the nice thing about odd shoe colors, is that when worn with simple wardrobe basics, they pop. Who wouldn't love these with a gorgeous black pencil skirt and top?

I like wearing completely incongruent shoes with my outfits :) I'm eyeing a pair of pointy orange ruched things at the moment.. but I like these even better!

So dare to be different - wear them with whatever you feel like, and walk out the door in these lovely heels ;)
