Shelly's £85 Lucia boot was born to be worn with skinny jeans or leggings and slouchy knitted tunics and dresses. If your style icon is Debbie Harry and you dream of owning the perfect pair of vintage 80s pixie boots without having to wear someone elses smelly cast-offs, I doubt you'll get much better than these for less than £100.  Murphy's law dictates that they're (of course) out of stock online at the moment, but you may have more luck in a Shelly's shop.
