yay! i love them, but they'd be the sorta shoes i'd buy but never quite get round to wearing, or wear them once, they kill me so i throw them to the back of the wardrobe never to be seen again.

I'm going to go with Yay. They're not necessarily for me, but I think on the right woman, they would look dynamite!! On that note, I found a similar shoe from the Jessica Simpson range that is much more affordable.
The double strap may be a little to cage-y, but I think they're kind of sexy.

The shaping has absolutely sold this for me, it makes it look expensive, even with the white sole. YAY.

Yay overall but would prefer them with a black platform but the white does make them stand out. They seem like a 'one occasion' type of shoe as they are so memorable. Also you would end up in A&E after falling off them!

Nay. The color is nice but I don't like the shiny gloss (not really my style). And I'm on the phone to my chiropractor for just looking at these shoes. Ouch.

I'm completely torn - the style would be fine (providing you're tall and have slim long legs) but the white at the bottom makes them look quite tacky. If it was in black or even the purple they might look better. The heels lokok dangerous too... I guess all that makes me a nay.

I will give this a NAY - simply because if I would ever buy them it would only be some deep masochistic tendency within me to keel over and break my ankle. Considering that the heel is the height of an elevator shaft in a small building - I wouldn't break my ankle that often, since I wouldn't wear them that much. Which leads to the conclusion: what's the point of shoes if you can't wear them?

YAY, YAY, YAY! I am sharing the love...the love of the heel, the platform, the patent. I even love the deep purple color. And the peep toe? That's the kicker on these. Sorry, but for all of you who think these are shoes for the world's oldest profession, you MUST see them in person. They're much more subtle and sexy with your foot in them!

Yay, I really like the combination of the purple and white, especially with the shininess. The heel would kill me but they would look great on someone who can walk in such a heel. I like the platform style and ankle-strap as well.

YAY! The white reminds me of some kind of ice cream sandwich - rich! Yet the whole look is reminiscent of a sort of Chanel spectator look from the 1920's - very Art Deco. The purple just supercharges them into the 21st c.

Yay! if you plan on walking down main avenue with a tiger print scarf. I'm really feeling the Jessica Simpson retro heel thing but, on this shoe the gloss is a bit "CHEAP" looking.

I'm currently enjoying some serious Gucci love. Shoes that would normally scream 'hooker' do well from getting that high-end Gucci gloss. Granted, these shiny purple platforms aren't exactly made for walking in, but if you like to pose in heels that would do some serious damage (think 'Single White Female') you don't get sexier than Gucci. Still, I'm unsure about the white sole, so I'm putting these up for vote. Yay or Nay and why?
