Aldo's High Rise Wedges - very Chloe, darling!
You know you have fashionista friends when they text you to let you know they've just spotted a girl in chunky wooden Chloe platform wedges struggling to get on the tube (I believe the phrase used was 'she looked like such a twit'). I now can't look at these Aldo offerings without laughing. Though I understand the appeal of such a rise, I value my ankles (and my dignity) and will be giving them a wide berth. Still, if you like your shoes stilt-like, these are more of a bargain than the designer alternative.

I own them... But I've never worn them out becuase they make me about 6 feet tall. They look really cute on my shelf though, and if I was shorter I'd wear them, because they actually aren't that difficult to walk in, or that uncomfortable.

I really like these shoes. I wanted to buy them but unfortunatley this style is not available on the U.S. website. I settled for some wedge boots instead!!

I actually own these shoes and I have worn them in outside even in areas where the streets are mainly cobblestone. I didn't have any problems with them whatsoever and they were very comfy and sturdy!
