Chie Mihara Leather Ankle Strap Pumps

This image, from the Saks.com fall catalog, does these Chie Mihara ankle strap pumps far more justice than the image of just the shoe without a model. In the regular picture they look weird and disproportionate, and I didn't like them. But once I saw them on feet, I did a complete 180. I'm afraid these straps wouldn't look so flattering on my legs, but they certainly look terrific on hers. I love the classic feminine pump with this big, clunky, belt-like detail. It's tough, but still elegant. I also feel like they would last beyond the season, style and trend wise, which is a good thing at $325.
