These 'cozy flats' from Delias ($44) look so unbelievably comfy. They're like socks really, or as quoted 'crochet sweater flats with pom pom detail and super-soft fuzzy lining' - lush! You may be surprised to know they also have a rubber sole, so I'm not sure if that means you can wear them outside as well? In the right kind of weather you could probably get away with it I'm sure, either way I certainly think they're appealing.
