For anyone who couldn't take their eyes off the Marc by Marc Jacobs boots (left) shown last week during the New York Fashion Week, I've found the perfect high street alternative - and you don't have to wait until Spring next year to get ahold of them! The boots on the right are from Topshop, come in 2 different colours, and are just £70. That's about £200 less than the Marc Jacobs ones will cost!

i find them both a bit vile, but the topshop ones are actually an improvement on the marc jacobs boots. but they just scream unfashionable camping nut.

it just goes to show: if marc jacobs puts his name on it, everyone else will copy, even if they obviously shouldn't. those are just horrible.

Just looking at the Marc Jacobs ones again, now it's the next day and I'm not so tired... and god, I wished I hadn't. What ARE they!

The topshop ones looks like ski boots =P
