Platform Peep Toes by Giuseppe Zanotti

My ongoing obsession with pretty green suede things has led me back to Bluefly, where these platform soled peep toes will currently set you back $330. Great though my commitment is to the high heel, however, I have a sneaking suspicion that the 4.5 inch heel on these would probably defeat even me. They're the kind of shoes that are great if you plan on sitting down all night, but if you feel like doing something a little more adventurous, like, oh I don't know, walking, say, forget it.

Are these Fall shoes? Because with that amount of rocking-horse-style curve under the front of that platform sole, stretching right back to behind the toes, and a heel as curved under at the back as this one (the top-piece of the heel sits further forward than the back of your ankle) a Fall is exactly what you're in for. Don't say I didn't warn you. Whoops-a-daisy, there goes Naomi again! Lovely to look at, as ever from Zanotti, but take care, I don't think they work. If I'm wrong, shoot me down in flames.
