Ribbon Trim Ballerina Slipper from Maloles

Maloles_3In the world of prim and proper ballet flats, this Maloles ribbon trim style is just the funky choice I'm looking for.  While contrast stitching and ribbon trim aren't exactly wild in themselves, it's the way Maloles uses them that makes them stand out. The wide white contrast stitching and the eclectic black and white ribbon with a purple block color accent on top really makes these shoes stand out. In a good way. Check 'em out for $310.

Hmm...nice, but not for the price. Might I suggest just buying a pair of cheap(er) black ballet flats, some white yarn and striped ribbon. Whack it together with some hot melt glue and pretty much same result...
