The hook and eye lace up front is cute without being cutesy and I love the seaming detail around the toe and heel. Great shape too. Not too daring or anything, but I think they're a solid work option at only $129 (possibly the cheapest thing Net-A-Porter sells!).

i think these could work with a slightly shorter heel -- then they'd be a feminine version of a lace-up shoe -- i don't understand why everyone else thinks they are horrible! do you wear tall, spindly stilettos to work??

Um, these are ugly, the sole looks cheap, and I would never wear them to any kind of important meeting!

More then power and money, they seem to say "money and absolute lack of any kind of grace".

And come on, that sole?! It seems like a failed attempt to create a mix between a football shoe and an office pump. Disgusting!
