Miu Miu Shearling Trim Suede Boots

On first glance, these suede Miu Miu's looked like the perfect warm Winter boots (once treated with a couple of cans of suede protector, that is). Fluffy and warm without looking too much like last year's disasterous Mukluks, a great colour (grey is the new black) and I daresay more comfortable than any boot we've tried to shoehorn our feet into before. Alas, when you see them on a model, they suddenly look chunky, more ugg-like and far less worth the £415 they'll set you back. Let's hope that's just because the mannequin is too skinny for the jeans, because these would be great with a chunky grey knit.
