Nina Frida Tall Boots

This one's for Noreen! My friend is one of those lucky girls who could totally pull of skinny jeans, if she wanted to, but she hates them, and has the lean body that can wear anything. Anything but, that is, tall boots. Because her legs are too thin! (Don't hate her.) But I have found her holy grail, tall boots with a 12" calf circumference! Now, these Frida boots from Nina are made of stretch synthetic, not real leather (Why the $134? I ask you.) The prevalence of stretch and scarcity of real leather has been my tall-boot pet peeve for quite some time. But, I think Noreen and all you skinnies like her have to take what you can get. I'm going to have to feature some tall boots for girls like me on the other end of the spectrum soon as well, so don't feel left out if you can't zip up those tall boots at the department stores. Help is on the way.
