This Stella McCartney over the knee boot is just one of the boots in Handbag.com's utility gallery. Now, for some reason, these aren't quite what comes to mind when I think of utility! It doesn't look very well thought out. It makes your feet look two sizes too big, then you tried to shove it into a pair of stillettos that were too small, then tried to cover it all up with a remnant leg warmer, and then finally realized what a horrible disaster it is and tried to compensate the whole look by attaching velvet tights in a pathetic attmept to give it a touch of class. Tragic, just tragic.
