Bottega Veneta plum leather sandals

Bottega_8 Oops, it's that "ankle strap where an ankle strap don't belong" look that shoe designers are so fond of at the moment, but, being Bottega Veneta, they somehow manage to get away with it on these plum peep toes. I still maintain that these would look better without the strap, but I love the woven leather and the curvy shape of the shoe as a whole - sexy and lovely, and at £455, so not coming to live in my wardrobe any time soon.
