A little bit '80s? Yes. A little bit hard to resist? Also yes. I know these shoes are a bit ridiculous and not very wearable, but they're purple patent leather!  I think that redeems almost any shortcoming. And with pants, you might be able to get away with them without being too conspicuous. I feel like in a regular pump shape they would be a little easier to integrate into a wardrobe, but the thick ankle straps add to the kitsch factor considerably. Down to $146 from $219, how much is kitsch worth to you?
