Forzieri Black Bow Taupe Satin and Leather Pumps

Forz Forzieri, (which on its site claims to be "Italy's Fashion and Jewelry" loft even though a reader in Italy pointed out that it was unavailable there) has come out with this Black Bow Taupe Satin and Leather Pump. I don't know where they're from, but I think they're great ($285). I love satin shoes, and I think it looks luxe in this goldish taupe. Love the contrasting black trim, but not quite so in love with the grosgrain looking bow. I'd like to see something a little more plush on this shoe.
