Shelly's 'Garbo' T-strap Platform Heel

Garbo Every time I walk past a Shelly's store I mentally spend my entire month's wages on their gorgeous retro heels. 'Garbo' is the latest to catch my eye (and judging by the amount of sizes that are low in stock, I'm not the only one).
