Topshop's Padded Flat Boot

Padded_boots_1They say that a problem shared is a problem halved; and I'm hoping that in sharing these boots with you I'll stave off the otherwise inevitable and horrific nightmares.

Topshop - usually known for their fabulous (if overpriced) wares - may have gone mad.  Not content to simply offer one colour, they were so convinced of the selling power of these padded 'puffa' boots that they're available in 'it' colour grey and navy.  Of course, being from Topshop, they're not even cheap.  A tribute to your sleeping bag, or footwear du jour for Michelin Man's girlfriend - whatever you call it, they'll set you back £55 a pop.

Feel free to buy them, of course.. but only if you're going to burn them later!

Heart Palpitations! I knew it wasn't time for ugly shoe of the week, and this, this Alaskan insulated boot INSERT popped up! Thank you for not liking it, because for a minute I thought I'd need to cancel my wawa subscription!

xoxo!

They're awful, I know. I had waking nightmares when I saw them on the website.

Oh my... they are, what's the word? Hideous.

They look like oven gloves for the feet. What were topshop thinking?

If anyone has these..explain yourself!

You've got to look on the bright side. They look... um, cozy? They look like boot-shaped caterpillars.

They look more suited for flippers rather than feet. But hey, if walruses, seals, and otters want to flop around in style, I say let em'.

I know you're all thinking there is nothing worse then these boots. But there is.
In tk maxx they have them but with stilletto heels. Trust me, its much much much worse! But what are topshop thinking! These boots are so bad it makes me wanna cry that whoever came up this is allowed to make shoes!
