Yay or Nay Wednesday

Yayornay_14The Tamara Henriques wellingtons we featured last week received quite a warm reception, particularly given how wet the weather has been lately; but what of this colourful, pirate-inspired offering?

Reminiscent of the arms of a swashbuckling seaman, do they deserve to dally with danger on the high seas or walk the plank?

It's up to you.  Yay or Nay?

I HAVE to say YAY as i've had these boots for a month now! I adore them (mainly because i have very similar tattoos). They keep dreary days bright- and yes wellies are ugly as sin- but they work great...So there!

NAY!!!! If I were 7 years old I'd think they were really cool.

Nay, definetly nay. I know it's a trends with all the rain, but really, should anyone who has gone through puberty be wearing rain boots? I don't think so.

I saw this webpage in a shoe document that they showed here in Finnish TV. Wellingtons have come back to fashion in here also. You can see these pages:
