Banana Republic Chalet Slipper
I am unable to resist the marketing department of Banana Republic. Neither can I resist cashmere. The two have now joined forced in an unprecedented attack on my checking account. These cashmere slippers from the big Banana just look so comfy and cozy. I like the red better, but the details (cable knit - on your feet!) show up best on the charcoal. And who doesn't want to pretend they're lounging by the fire in their family's chalet in Aspen when they're really huddled by the flame of one small candle in their apartment in the city?
