The Bag Lady leaned over my shoulder when I spotted these boots to oooh and ahh in approval, so that's at least two of us sold by the retro appeal of these Felicity Shagwell-esque knee highs. They're down to $139 from almost $400 at Le Train Bleu. Obviously the rest of the outfit would need to be kept simple (though I'd be tempted to go the whole hog and team them with a Mina tunic).
