Office Delores Chain Cuff Boot

"Why an anchor?" I hear you ask. Well, why not an anchor? Obviously there's some kind of theme going on here. If you've got a boring pair of black boots that aren't selling too well, you add an embellishment, and why not an anchor? People like the sea, don't they?
