Top Five: Sale picks - Jones the Bootmaker
What's better than fabulous shoes? Fabulous shoes at up to 70% off! This point in January usually means further discounts - but generally only the unwanted dregs are available, and in dodgy colours or quick-to-date styles. Not so in this sale. Both the range and sale prices at Jones the Bootmaker are impressive, and there are some really lovely pairs to be found within the discount pages...

'Garter' in brown suede has a covered low cuban-style heel and a gorgeous velvet side bow (£16, was £55), also available in black (£20).
'Create' looks great in the taupe (shown, £32, was £80), with the cut-out detailing reminding me of the Monsoon shoes we featured last month. It has a sturdy stacked heel on the taupe and pale pink (£24) versions, and a covered heel on the black (£32).
In this great damson colour we saw a lot of in 2006 is stitch and bow-detailed 'Chika' (£19.50, was £65), also available in black (£32).
'Craft' high-heeled mary jane is available in both the grey shown and brown, in tooled leather (£25.50, was £85).
In the centre is the very cute 'Candy' flower-detailed mid-heel shoe (£45, was £60). In teal leather with a wood-toned heel, it would be a good choice for office wear to brighten up your day.
